In Austria our seminars for instructor training take place regularly. The basic seminar encompasses the following content: theoretical and practical introduction, swimming technique, didactics, methods of FREDS SWIM ACADEMY, lesson design as well as pedagogical guidelines and infant development.
You should fulfill the following prerequisites in order to take part: experience with children, physical aptitude, pedagogical empathy, interest in swimming and giving lessons as well as a sociable character.
